on a rainy saturday afternoon
i gambled and lost,
i risked and i failed,
the crash may be painful
but there are no regrets.
i lost my heart to you–you with the brilliant mind.
i have yet to meet someone
better than you
who could inspire me
the way you have inspired me.
i am a fool to say that i shall always wait,
for one of the greatest things a person could do
is to accept what is NOT meant to be,
yet i shall always be here,
ready to show you how special you are to me
because in my lifetime,
it’s only YOu!
—- i have tried to forget, but i cant. yes, im a fool. and probably going crazy. ill settle for the friendship, if its the best deal that i can get. the heck! at least i have some memories to take with me. someday, it’ll eventually fade. but for now, it shall stay…
